Back from Easter Break!

Chicago was absolutely amazing. The day I got there my sister and I got deep-dish pizza (first time I've had it) and it was deeeelicious. I cannot describe how good it was. It was the thickest crust I have ever seen in my entire life. Below is a picture.

The next day I went shopping downtown, which was a lot of fun, while my sister was at work. After that we stopped by Millennium Park and took some pictures of this awesome sculpture called The Bean. Here's a picture of it:

You can walk underneath it and the reflections are crazy cool. We also walked up around the park and took more cool pictures.

The next day we stopped by Chinatown to pick up some really good lunch and Easter candy. Pocky is delicious (which is biscuit sticks dipped in chocolate), they have good gummies and then this stuff called Yan Yan (basically the same as Pocky except you dip the biscuits yourself). After that was Easter, and my brother-in-law cooked really delicious brunch consisting of fig-glazed ham, Easter pie (eggs, ricotta cheese and swiss chard), fruit salad, challah French toast with coffee whipped cream and raspberry puff pastries. The day after was Monday, the day I had to leave. I went to work with my sister and while she was working I walked around Chicago. I went up to the Hancock Building and took some awesome pictures on the 94th floor.
All in all, it was a great trip. I'm very glad that I went. I'll be going back this summer for Lollapalooza, a music festival that takes place every summer. The bands playing are Soundgarden, Green Day, Lady GaGa, Wolfmother, The Black Keys, Minus the Bear, Spoon and many more. I'm very excited :)

Until next week!
